when will my order ship?

Orders are usually processed within 1-5 business days. I do not work weekends, so Saturdays and Sundays do not count towards this time.

do you offer refunds, returns, or exchanges?

hey there! currently, I do offer returns and exhanges, however please read our refunds policy to read the conditions.

my order was delivered and the items were damaged, what can I do?

oh no! if your item(s) arrived damaged, please reach out within 5 days of receiving the order.

please use the contact form to get in touch with me, and include your full name and order number so I can assist you quicker! :)

if your packages is lost, please reach out to USPS/UPS for further assistance.

my package was lost, can you help me?

when shipping with USPS/UPS, sometimes a package gets lost. if this is the case, and you've been in contact with USPS/UPS on the status of your package, please e-mail me! i am not responsible once the package leaves my hands, but I will either refund or replace the order that was lost depending on the situation.

when contacting me about a lost order, please provide proof that USPS deemed your package lost so I can process a refund/replacement.

do you take on collaborations or send gifted items?

I do not currently accept collaborations from influencers or send out gifted product.
